Defensive Driving Course Comes to Commack

The Smithtown Library will offer a defensive driving course Saturday, September 5, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Commack Building Community Room at 3 Indian Head Road. The course is open to adult drivers of any age, but registration and a Smithtown Library card are required. The library lists a $30 cash fee, payable to the instructor at the beginning of class, and asks participants to bring their driver's license. Registration closes at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the course if space remains.
