High School Conferences Mean No Classes

Hewlett High School students will have no school on Friday, October 16, 2026, because of scheduled parent teacher conferences. The Hewlett-Woodmere district calendar lists the conference day as a school schedule change for HHS students, while the regular school day continues elsewhere unless another calendar entry says otherwise. Families should make arrangements for supervision and transportation as needed and review direct school communications for conference appointment information. The calendar does not state a separate start or end time for the conference schedule.
