Flag Drop Box Changes Locations

The Greenlawn American Legion's mobile flag drop box completes its July 1 through August 3 stay at the Huntington Public Library Station Branch on Monday, August 3. Residents with worn or tattered American flags can bring them to the library during its operating hours for respectful retirement. The box then moves to Huntington Public Library, where it will remain through September 1. A permanent Town of Huntington flag drop box is also available in the lobby of Town Hall at 100 Main Street.
