Writing Workshop Meets At Dix Hills

The Long Island Writers' Guild Workshop, titled Got Words? Give 'Em Life, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Dix Hills branch of the Half Hollow Hills Community Library. Participants can read works in progress, receive constructive feedback, try writing prompts and work alongside other writers. The program is intended for residents interested in developing their writing skills. Library adult classes require registration unless otherwise noted, so advance registration is recommended.
