Hockey Clinic Starts in Bethpage

The Town of Oyster Bay's New York Islanders Learn to Play hockey clinic begins Wednesday, August 5, at the Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Center in Bethpage. The program is for children ages 5 through 9 and includes eight one-hour on-ice training sessions. Clinics are offered Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m. or Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. Registration is $295 per child and includes full equipment for first-time participants, including skates, a helmet, gloves, pads, pants, a stick, a jersey, and an equipment bag. Registration is open, with space limited.
