Development Board Holds Public Hearings

Clearwater's Community Development Board will hold public hearings at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, in City Council Chambers at the Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. The agenda includes a proposed medical clinic at 2650 Landmark Drive and a city Community Redevelopment Agency request for a storage, warehouse and distribution facility at 706 N. Missouri Avenue. The applications are proposed planning actions, not completed projects. People who want to address an item must be present at the beginning; uncontested cases may be placed on the consent agenda.
