Clearwater City Council Meets August 31

Clearwater City Council is scheduled to meet from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, in Council Chambers at the Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. The meeting is open to the public, and city council meetings are streamed through the city's online meeting channels. The library calendar also lists an early 5 p.m. closing for the Main branch because of the meeting. Residents planning to use the downtown library that evening should plan around the earlier closing and check the city's agenda for the matters scheduled for council consideration.
