Library Hosts Saturday Zumba Class

Bellmore Memorial Library will hold its Saturday Zumba session from 11:00 a.m. to noon on August 22 in the Community Room at 2288 Bedford Avenue. The class combines low- and high-intensity movements with toning, balance, and flexibility exercises. Participants are encouraged to bring weights for the toning portion. Registration for this session is full, but residents may join the waitlist through the library's event page. The program is part of the library's June through August Zumba series.
