English Conversation Cafe Begins Tuesday

The Half Hollow Hills Community Library will begin its fall New English Speakers Conversation Cafe on Tuesday, September 1, from 10:00 AM to noon at the Dix Hills branch, 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. The program offers casual conversation, English vocabulary and reading practice, cultural exchange, and an opportunity to meet other local adults. A library card and registration are required, and combined registration covers the Tuesday sessions scheduled through October 27. The program is open to all, with language-learning questions directed to the library's outreach librarian.
