Farmingdale Meat Market Marks 80 Years

Farmingdale Meat Market will hold a free 80th anniversary barbecue on Sunday, October 4, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Village Green, 361 Main Street. The community event is listed as weather permitting and is open to residents and visitors without an admission fee. The celebration gives neighbors a chance to gather downtown while recognizing the long-running Farmingdale business. Residents planning to attend should check for any weather-related change before leaving, since the event listing identifies weather as a condition of the schedule.
