Library Offers Social Services Appointments

Lindenhurst Memorial Library will offer appointments with a social work intern on Friday, October 2, from 9:00 a.m. to noon in the Public Services Office. Library information says the 45-minute appointments can help residents complete SNAP, unemployment and emergency housing applications and connect with local organizations addressing food insecurity, mental health concerns, homelessness and other emergencies.
