Defensive Driving Course Offers Savings

Lindenhurst Memorial Library will host a Defensive Driving Course on Friday, October 23, from 9:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Venetian Room. The library says participants can receive a 10 percent reduction on automobile liability and collision insurance and qualify for a licensed point reduction. Registration is required. The course fee is $30 per person, payable by exact cash or check to Empire Safety Council, and proper identification is required when registering an absentee person.
