North Greenwood Meeting Seeks Zoning Feedback

Clearwater planning staff will hold a community meeting Tuesday, October 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at North Greenwood Recreation Center, 900 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. Residents can comment on a proposed Planned Redevelopment District overlay and related design standards for much of the North Greenwood redevelopment area. Staff are seeking ideas about building appearance, building and parking placement, and housing types. The meeting gathers feedback; it is not an announcement that the zoning changes have been adopted.
