Art Without Barriers Comes to Heckscher Park

The Heckscher Museum of Art and Heckscher Park will host Art Without Barriers on Saturday, July 25, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, July 26. The free community event welcomes people of all ages and abilities, including members of the Deaf community, blind and low vision community, people with developmental disabilities, and neurodivergent visitors. Activities include sensory experiences, accessible art projects, ASL book readings, ASL exhibition tours, and other hands-on programs. ASL interpretation is available, and additional accommodations can be requested from the museum.
