Library Offers Laughter Wellness Workshop

The Bay Shore-Brightwaters Public Library will host Laugh with Patty on Thursday, August 13, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the library's East Room, 1 South Country Road in Brightwaters. The adult workshop will be led by a certified laughter yoga leader and uses simulated laughter exercises and playful activities; no yoga experience is necessary. Registration is required, a library card is needed, and registration closes at 6:30 p.m. on the event date. The library serves the Bay Shore-Brightwaters community.
