College Planning Workshop Set for Monday

Syosset Public Library will offer Roadmap to College on Monday, August 31, from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. in the theater at 225 South Oyster Bay Rd. The workshop is for students in grades 6 through 12 and their parents or caregivers, and covers planning around testing, extracurricular activities, academics, and the four years of high school. Registration is required and closes at 5:30 p.m. that day. Student participants can earn one hour of community service, and registration began August 17.
