Pre Licensing Course Supports New Drivers

The Brentwood Public Library will host a DMV-certified five-hour pre-licensing course on Friday, October 2, from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Room 3 at 34 Second Avenue. The course is open to teens and adults and covers information and tools for becoming safer drivers. New drivers must complete an approved pre-licensing course before scheduling a road test for a New York driver license. Registration is required, and the library calendar lists the session as open at the time of publication.
